Originally created in 1982 on the Island of Mull, Columba Cream takes its name from St. Columba who spent much of his life on the neighbouring island of Iona. Indeed, the creator of Columba Cream, and founder of the company, still lives on the Island of Mull where his house overlooks the silver sands of Calgary Bay
Based on a centuries-old family recipe for brose, this sumptuous blend of Single Malt Scotch Whisky, and fresh cream has delicate hints of honey and a wonderful natural creamy flavour. No colouring is added resulted in a beautiful milk white colour.
Beautiful on its own, served chilled or over ice, Columba Cream also makes a wonderful accompaniment over ice cream or fresh strawberries.
