Evolution is an exclusive and very limited one-off series from single variety oak cask styles. Bottled on site at natural strength, natural colour and without the use of chill-filtration.

This expression was matured in first fill ex-George Dickel Tennessee Whisky barrels and shows great depth of character and finesse, a harmonious combination of whisky and oak.

Tasting Note

Colour: Golden barley.

Nose: Sweet, buttery-vanilla, butterscotch and fudge entwined with fruits; golden delicious apples, caramelised pears and earthy coconut.

Palate: Creamy and sweet, more butterscotch and vanilla fudge. Some banana, pear and green apple emerge before the coconut and anise.

Finish: Rounded and sweet with gentle coconut and liquorice notes.
